Microbubbles are used in ultrasound imaging, targeted drug delivery, destruction of cancerous tissues, etc. On the other hand, the demographic behaviors of small bubbles under the influence of Ultrasound have not been fully detected or studied. This study investigates the effect of the radial distribution of Sonazoid microbubbles on frequency response.  It is shown that the optimal Subharmonic response is possible by controlling the size distribution. For this reason, the numerical simulation of the dynamic behavior of a coated microbubble is performed using MATLAB coding and the modified Rayleigh-Plesset equation. The Gaussian distribution is then applied, and the frequency response is investigated. It was shown that at a constant excitation pressure of 0.4 MPa and a standard deviation of 0.2, with increasing mean radius, the fundamental response increases. The Subharmonic response increases reaches a peak value and decreases. This peak value occurs for frequencies of 4,6, and 8 MHz in the mean radius of 0.8, 1 and 1.6 μm. By increasing the frequency of excitation, it is transferred to a smaller mean radius. It is also observed that the fundamental and Subharmonic responses are amplified by increasing the excitation pressure. Studies show that the optimal Subharmonic response can be achieved for various applications by controlling the size distribution of microbubbles.

This study considers the radial behavior of a coated microbubble after a shell rupture using the Marmottant model. The surface tension of the encapsulated microbubble should equal the free bubble in the rupture state of the Marmottant model. Despite the assumption that the bubble is considered free in the third state, dilatational interfacial viscosity is constant in the equation in this model. This paper assumes that dilatational interfacial viscosity decreases gradually after shell rupture until it becomes zero. The decrease of dilatational interfacial viscosity caused by the shell rupture significantly affects radial behavior and the nonlinear response of the encapsulated microbubble, such as Subharmonic response. Because the Subharmonic response is extensively used in ultrasound imaging, the effect of a decrease in dilatational interfacial viscosity on the Subharmonic threshold needs to be investigated. In figures showing the radius versus time and the frequency response of the coated microbubble, it is observed that at high excitation pressure, the proposed model is more nonlinear than the Marmottant model, resulting in a lower Subharmonic threshold.

چکیده: 

هدف: پروتئین CREB یک فاکتور مهم پایین دست بسیاری از مسیرهای علامتی به شمار می رود. با طراحی siRNA کارامد برای ژن CREB می توان مسیرهای علامتی بسیاری از داروها را در سلول های مختلف به ویژه سلول K562 بررسی نمود. در این تحقیق میزان مهار بیان ژن CREB با به کارگیری دو siRNA مختلف برای این ژن بررسی شد. مواد و روش ها: طراحی siRNA بر اساس معیار Reynolds انجام گرفت. سلول های K562 با روش لیپوفکشن با siRNA ها ترانسفکت شدند. بررسی اثر مهاری بیان ژن CREB با استفاده از Real-time PCR کمی - نسبی انجام گرفت. نتایج: طبق نتایج به دست آمده یکی از siRNA ها اثر مهاری بالایی بر روی بیان CREB در سلول های K562 نشان داد، و بیان ژن CREB، تا 87 درصد در سلول های K562 کاهش یافت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از Real-time PCR نشان داد که از دو siRNA به کار رفته در سلول های K562 برای مهار ژن CREB1، فقط یکی از آن ها قدرت مهاری با کارایی بالا را دارد. با توجه به این که هر دو siRNA مطابق با معیارهای Reynolds است، احتمالا عوامل دیگری هم در موثر بودن siRNA دخالت دارند. برای مهار کارامد یک ژن با siRNA بایستی بیش از یک siRNA برای قسمت های مختلف آن طراحی و آزمایش شود.

One of the factors that can be the link between our intentions and actions and their external consequences is human agency, which indicates the conscious design and intentional execution of actions by the individual in order to influence future events.Objective and Method: This research with a developmental approach of psychometric method and method 1, examines the psychometric indices of the Human Factor Characteristics Scale using the classical theory of test score measurement and the graduated question-answer theory. The purpose of this study, which included high school students in Tehran, was selected by cluster sampling of 500 people as a sample size and statistical analysis was performed on 481 data. To collect the data, the ion Human Agent Characteristics Scale (2011) was used and the research questions were evaluated using IRTPRO and SPSS software.Results:The assumption of local independence based on Pearson x2 index was established by applying Simjima's calibrated question-answer theory and the assumption of being one-dimensional based on the analysis of multidimensional question-answer theory. Diagnosis parameters with question-answer approach and classical approach Test score Both item 25 approach had the lowest and item 2 had the highest diagnosis parameter. The answer thresholds for all the questions were so far apart that no option was covered by the other option, and the options were independently selected by individuals at intervals of theta. The total scale was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.945, intentionality of 0.894, foresight of 0.780, self-reactivity of 0.871 and rethinking of 0.762. Also, the role of each item in internal consistency was investigated by the loop method, which all questions had a favorable role in internal consistency of this scale. The value of the validity coefficient obtained from the question-answer theory was obtained by marginal method for intentionality 0.92, forethought 0.85, self-reaction 0.91, rethinking 0.83..
